The players find themselves in a sterile environment aboard a mysterious space cube-like ship that is on a collision course with Earth. The player is contacted with by another astronaut that warns the player that they have to find a way to find a way off the ship which will cause it to self-destruct. You set out on your mission. Upon coming to, you find yourself in a suit and with a pair of gloves that manipulate the in-game objects. The environment around you is made out of blocks that can be moved in a specific way based on their colors. Some blocks are made to be extended or retracted, some are used as a trampoline, while others can rotate some parts of the walls upon interaction. As the game progresses, the puzzles get harder and harder. In some cases, the players have to remember the setup of the blocks in the room as the only visible blocks in the room are the colored ones.

The action of all three games (and there is the fourth one - Dead Rising 3) takes place within the same line of events. ###First photo shoot with zombies In the first game photojournalist Frank West, arrives in the town of Willamet, Colorado, to investigate why this town was closed by the authorities. Frank enters the city by helicopter, the helicopter pilot is told to return to Frank in 72 hours. Frank quickly finds himself in a shopping center, where a crowd of people are trying to hide from the zombies - as it turns out, it was zombies that caused the closure of the city. Over the next 72 hours (this time is one of the strict conditions of the game), Frank must survive, save a few people and understand where the zombies came from. Along the way, he fights with zombies, seeks solutions, makes weapons and takes photographs - he is still a photojournalist. Lord of the Rings: War in the North is an action RPG developed by Snowblind Studios. The game is based on J.R.R. Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings series of novels. A mighty hero stalks through a dark, dank dungeon making life miserable for hordes of pitiable monsters as he steals anything and everything not bolted to the floor. Been there, done that - about a thousand times? Then it is definitely time to switch sides and show that hero just who's who in the dungeon! Assume the role of a mighty (and mighty evil) Dungeon Lord and create your own diabolical demesnes underground. Dim-witted goblin workers tremble as they await your orders and dig corridors and rooms into the rock at your command. Heroes will visit your dungeon in search of battle and treasure. Naturally, you could always just annihilate them with a snap of your fingers. But isn't it more entertaining and deliciously evil to watch them attain their heart's desire - and then take take it ALL away? Puzzle Agent 2 is an adventure/puzzle game and it is the sequel to Nelson Tethers: Puzzle Agent video game. In this game as well as in the previous one the player has no inventory and can talk with other characters. There is a huge emphasis on puzzle solving which also can be done through dialogues with other characters. Some of the dialogues change the way the story goes and has consequences in the game’s progress. But there are also other kinds of puzzles like a jigsaw, or involving math and logic. There are always some clues or rules on how to solve puzzles in the game. During a puzzle, the player can ask for no more than three hints that help to solve puzzles but it costs a chewing gum. About gum – it seems that there is a shortage of gum in the city the game is set and Nelson Tethers, the same protagonist from the previous game, has to collect pieces of chewing gum throughout the game. During each puzzle, Nelson has not only to solve it but also to send his answer to HQ, who either approves it or not. If he succeeds, he gets a reward depending on how much hints he used and how many failed attempts he made.

TRAUMA is a point-and-click adventure indie game developed by Krystian Majewski. The game was developed as a part of a thesis project and explores human experiences during being unconscious. ###Plot The game tells a story of a woman, who survived a car accident, yet slipped into a coma. You go through several memories of hers and reveal her backstory. ###Gameplay The game focuses on two mechanics in its gameplay: the usage of gesture-like mouse movements and a typical point-and-click experience. These mechanics are used by the player to move around the world of the game, which consists of several dreamscapes. Gestures are used in several specific moments and mimic the real world actions. These gestures can sometimes be used for traversing the world. Each dreamscape is represented using real photos, but with several artificial elements added to them. The primary objective of such dreamscapes differs and is told to the players after selecting one of the dreamscapes. During the game, a narrating voice can reveal plot details or hints. The players have to find nine Polaroid photos in each area. The players are to traverse all the dreamscapes and get every possible ending in the game. After revealing every ending for a specific dreamscape, the player is awarded a photo tracker, which makes finding the polaroids much easier.
