A dynamic animation system is present in the game which allows for more character interaction with the world. The developers put a strong emphasis on the fact that Lara is able to do anything that the players expect from her from grabbing a ledge to using her grappling hook to pull objects. Toki Tori is a platformer puzzle game developed by Two Tribes. You play as a tiny chicken named Toki Tori who accidentally falls out of a chicken coop. His brother and sisters fly in a mysterious castle. The tiny bird set out to find his family. The players have to use a certain set of tools to get to all the chicken eggs in a certain amount of time. If the players misuse at least one tool, the level is rendered incompletable. Enemies are present in each level and the players have to avoid them. The enemies follow simple patterns of walking back and forth. They turn around upon encountering an in-game object. If any enemy touches the protagonist, the level has to be restarted. There are four worlds present in the game with fifteen levels in each. Tutorial levels are also available to the player. In order to unlock a new world, the player has to complete at least ten levels. The last five levels are much harder.

Between missions, the characters reside in their respective hubs, Batcave and Arkham Asylum. Each character has his or her unique abilities, such as special weapons, double jumps, mind control or immunity to certain attacks. The player can also change the suits of the characters to use their specific effects. For example, a Glide suit allows Batman to fly short distances, while Robin can use Magnet suit to climb metal surfaces. Since it’s a LEGO game, the player will also have to build certain constructions from LEGO bricks.

The combat system, however, is completely different. During battles, the player controls not the hero, but the hero's units, the number of which depends on the character’s “Leadership”. Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 is a first-person shooter for the most part, but the camera switches into the third person mode while the characters are taking cover. Multiwinia is a sequel to Darwinia. The game is set in a virtual world formerly known as Darwinia that was created as a science experiment. Its virtual tribes eventually went to war on each other to control the world that was now renamed Multiwinia. The Multiwinians are two-dimensional creatures, hence the subtitle Survival of the Flattest. The world around them, however, is surprisingly three-dimensional, albeit with very minimalistic, intentionally low-polygonal graphics that are meant to represent a virtual simulation. Hence, Multiwinia is all about gameplay, not the plot or visuals. You control a tribe of Multiwinians, who look as small, static, vaguely human-like silhouettes. Each tribe is distinct from another in color only. There are six modes, each with its own conditions of victory; those are Assault, Blitzkrieg, Capture the Statue, Domination, King of the Hill, and Rocket Riot. Some of this modes require Multiwinians to capture certain points on the map or to destroy a specific enemy unit, such as a weapon of mass destruction. Each mode allows both a single-player game against the CPU and a multiplayer for up to four players. The controls in Multiwinia are innovative and somewhat unusual yet intuitive. A WASD-controlled camera is meant to allow a variety of views on the map.
