Po nehodě v tajemné zvířecí laboratoři šíleného vědce Dr. Simona Barsinistera zjišťuje jeden obyčejný beagl, že získal nadpřirozené schopnosti ... a dokáže dokonce mluvit! Ozbrojen superhrdinským kostýmem, Superpes přísahá ochránit sužované občany Capital City a především krásnou kokršpanělku jménem Polly Purebred (Polly Čistárasa). Dr. Barsinister se svým přerostlým přisluhovačem už vymýšlejí ďábelské spiknutí na ovládnutí a dokonce snad zničení Capital City a jen superhrdina dokáže jejich ničivý plán zvrátit... Diváci mají jedno velké štěstí: tento superhrdina se nebere až tak vážně.
