They are absent husbands and fathers, fearful, and find it difficult to express what is in their souls. Their attentive, silent gazes define the sea as a mysterious force. They furrow their wrinkles, observe the bow succumbing amidst the majestic waves, and raise their rough, calloused hands to the heavens, asking Our Lady for protection.
