His directorial work in genre film started with his multi-award-winning short Conductor that led to his feature directorial debut, Sound Of Violence. Noyer taps into his long experience in music, documentaries and arts to create genre-bending stories, shifting paradigms and tropes, such as the way music is used in Horror, to exacerbate familiar situations to their worst possible outcomes.
