Obyvatelé Storybrooku si zvykli na to čelit hrozbám pohádkovým i z našeho světa. Takže další hrozba na sebe nenechala čekat. Společně s Emmou a Hookem se do města dostala i Elsa (ze země Arendelle, známe z Ledového království). Ta hledá svojí sestru Annu, a tak nad celým městem postavila ledové hradby. Nikdo se nedostane ven, dokud Annu nenajde. Vypadá to, že s ledovým klidem její hrozbu nikdo nepřijme.
