Having grown accustomed to a habitual life of isolation in his disordered yet comfortable flat, a begrudged man prepares for everything to change at the arrival of noisy neighbours. But when he is instead met by the entrancing sound of their piano, the man suddenly finds what he has been missing all along. feeling moved to retrieve his long-buried violin and join in the melody. As the two play together, they develop an unlikely connection that changes the man's solitary outlook on life.
