Thirteen people fell to the "stake killer" before he was captured and executed in 1799. Even today whispers of his name roam through the secluded german highlands. Unaware, a group of young backpackers sets out on a hiking trip to the swabian alb. But this innocent outing will soon become a horrifying nightmare.
