An over-the-top, perfectionistic mom obsessed with her weight, hosts an 18th birthday party for her daughter and friends. She feeds them a funky shrimp salad (sorry kids), gives terrible college advice (Oops!), and relates to them on a whole new level (Really?). But only because she desperately wants quality time with her daughter before she leaves for college. Crafted by a diverse cast and crew hailing from more than six different nationalities, our aim is to infuse a woman's perspective into the narrative. Sweet Body explores the mental health challenges associated with body image and excessive exercise, while also emphasizing the significance of open and clear communication within families.
