Erik Stifler je možná jediným Stiflerem, který ukončí střední školu a bude stále panic. Sice má přes dva roky přítelkyni Tracy, ta se ale ještě na sex necítí připravená. Jednoho dne se Tracy rozhodne, že se s Erikem pomiluje, sejdou se v suterénu jejich domu, ale téměř v nejlepším je překvapí Tracyin otec. Erik zase o panictví nepřišel a Tracy se vrátí ke svému názoru o nepřipravenosti na sex. Erik usoudí, že už to takhle dál nejde, a proto se s kamarády Ryanem a Grahamem zúčastní nechvalně známého závodu Nahá míle, při kterém musí přeběhnout školní dvůr bez oblečení.
