"Palabras degolladas. Alfonsina Storni en Coronda" is a documentary unit that tells the story of poet Alfonsina Storni's brief stay in the city of Coronda, Santa Fe, where she studied and earned her teaching degree. The film uses this event as an excuse to recount a before and after: what Alfonsina Storni meant as a woman in the society of the time she lived in Coronda, before establishing herself as a renowned poet, and what happened after her departure. Her figure as a woman and artist. What she represents both for the people of Coronda and for Argentine society in general. It brings into play the legacy of her work, her thinking, her status as a woman, and the fact that she has influenced the inhabitants of this city to this day.
