Task Force Sea Lion's seasoned crime fighter Lt. Mario Romero still grieves for the untimely demise of his fiancée Beth when he is compelled to undertake the task of ensuring the safety of Dulce Lopez, a businessman's daughter whose life is imperiled by a business rival's avenging son Manny Diaz.
