The religious film, based on a Christian conception, was directed and produced by Rhoda Torres, who stars in the story as "Mía Magdalena," a young woman who lived in the midst of a serious family conflict, marked by gender violence and abuse, which forced her to run away from home with her nine-year-old sister. Along the way, which they had to navigate in the capital, Mía found herself immersed in prostitution in order to get ahead.
