In Moisés Ville, a small rural town in the Province of Santa Fe, the last descendants of the mythical Jewish gauchos have undertaken the fight against oblivion: they treasure the relics of the pioneers in an impressive museum, they accompany tourists through the empty synagogues and they recall the Jewish flavors buying leicaj at the bakery.
