Akemi (Mizuna Rei), the only daughter of the Kanto Kozakura family, hated the yakuza and lived in a dormitory at a girls' school in Tokyo, but returned home after hearing the news that her father had suddenly died. When she sees the Kozakura family for the first time in a long time, she finds it deserted, with only two subordinates, Pinkichi and Sutematsu. They call Akemi "big sister" and worship her. Meanwhile, the Gouda family, which has been expanding its influence in place of the Kozakura family, has been repeatedly harassing the Kozakura family in order to take over their territory.
