The thirty-somethings planned a Christmas trip to Lapland months ago, but the journey there is not exactly going smoothly. The app group has fallen silent, Bart and Pieter aren't working well together, Lot is getting sucked deeper and deeper into Boas' trendy group of friends, Nora's heavily pregnant belly is about to burst, no one shows up at Saar's farewell party, and Elias and Alex have completely different expectations of the upcoming reunion.
