Mladá na drogách závislá Nikita jako jediná ze skupiny pachatelů přežije nevydařené přepadení lékárny. Je zatčena a odsouzena na doživotí, ale tajná služba jí dá ještě jednu šanci - pracovat pro vládu jako tajná agentka.
