In Al-Nuwayati Alley, simmering with struggles over power and money, a tale unfolds where reality intertwines with myth. The Diver returns from behind the bars of a prison once described as a graveyard, coming back with a mysterious identity and an unfamiliar face to penetrate the alley once more.
