An ordinary neighborhood director pits wits and will against an organization that runs an elaborate pyramid scheme. Xia Hui Lan is a righteous woman who likes to get into other people's business. Because of the suicide incident of Wang Xiao Lang, Xia Hui Lan discovers that a pyramid scheme organization is growing its hold in their community. As the police come up empty-handed, Xia Hui Lan decides to infiltrate the organization herself to gather evidence.
