Supergirl po odchodu Supermana na Argo přebírá jeho roli a kromě National City zachraňuje lidi po celém světě. V osobním životě je Kara spokojená a v CatCo dostane na starost novou stážistka Niu Nal. Alex se stala ředitelkou DEO. Snaží se být dobrou šéfkou, no Brainy jako nový člen DEO ji vytáčí. J'onn vede s Fionou podpůrnou skupinu pro mimozemšťany snažících se žít v míru na Zemi. Dvojice zločinců Mercy a Otis zaútočí na mimozemského vědce a z laboratoře ukradnou EMP. J'onn v tom vidí rasový útok z nenávisti, zatímco Supergirl si myslí, že šlo o běžnou loupež.
