Here he finds urgently needed raw materials for a climate-neutral world of tomorrow. Whether wind turbines or electric cars, the more CO2 is to be saved, the more metals are needed for green technologies. The Stone Age ended with the discovery of copper in the Middle East. Chile is home to the largest known copper deposits. They are the result of a continental collision.
