Ripped Pages, Broken Bones* follows Justice, a Black hairstylist navigating life after the devastating loss of her boyfriend. Struggling to cope, she throws herself into work, but grief lingers in every quiet moment. When she rediscovers an old notebook of poetry, she begins using writing as an outlet for her pain. As she finds her voice through spoken word, Justice embarks on a journey of healing, self-discovery, and resilience. Through open mic nights, deep reflections, and unexpected connections, she learns that while loss leaves scars, poetry can be the key to reclaiming her story.
