Ve spin-offu oblíbeného amerického seriálu Griffinovi se setkáme se sousedem Petera Griffina, Clevelandem Brownem. Poté, co ho jeho žena Loretta podvedla s Quagmirem a utekla od něj, dává druhou šanci své středoškolské lásce Donně, kterou opustil manžel. Brown se za ní přestěhuje do svého rodného města ve Virginii, i se svým synem Clevelandem Juniorem. V jejich novém bydlišti je čekají Donniny děti - šestnáctiletá Roberta a ženami posedlý pětiletý Rallo - a také noví sousedé - ukřičený buran Lester či manželský pár medvědů Tim a Arianna (kteří jsou dost citliví na to, když někdo upozorňuje, že jsou medvědi).
